Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase; any returns after 30 days of grace period will not be accepted. Purchasers are required to notify us before a return is made. All returns must be at purchaser’s own cost and are subjected to 15% restocking fee and handling charge. Items to be returned must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted or prepainted condition along with the hardware kits, LED light (if any) fitting instructions as per original packaging.

Our return department will conduct an inspection on the returned product. If the product is deemed to be acceptable, we will refund you the full value of the product, minus a 15% restocking fee; for products not painted by us we will refund you the full value of the unpainted product only, minus 15% restocking fee.

Note: Shipping cost is not refundable; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Due to paint systems, painting batch and many other external factors, spoilers painted by P.U Tech may differ slightly from the original color; P.U Tech shall not be held responsible for this slight difference in color variance. Factory specifications allow for a degree of variance due to factors which are beyond our control. For vehicles which are above two years, we cannot be responsible for the variance due to fading.

All P.U Tech products are warranted for a period of three years to be free from manufacturing defects and paint work from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the first or original purchaser only and is not transferable to any other subsequent owners. Warranty claims are not applicable to damages due to modification, misapplication, improper installation, accident, improper handling or negligence such as damaging the paint work by cutting the inner packaging.

The cost of painting, repainting, labor charges, installation, incidental damages, shipping, handling, injuries or any other damages whatsoever will not be reimbursed.

All LED lights are under warranty claim for one year from the date of purchase.

To obtain this warranty, purchasers are to provide the proof of purchase.

Do take note that products not painted by P.U Tech, we may only assist you to liaise with the contractor on the paint warranty.
